These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the RunZone app ("RunZone," "the app"), operated by Run Zone ("we," "us"). By downloading or using RunZone, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. Health and safety disclaimer

RunZone provides general fitness and training information. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a doctor, physical therapist, or other qualified professional.

• Talk to a doctor before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have had an injury, or haven't exercised recently.
• Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel chest pain, dizziness, faintness, shortness of breath beyond normal exertion, or any unusual pain.
• Heart rate zones, paces, calorie burn, Run Age, and nutrition figures are estimates and may be inaccurate. Run Age is a fitness estimate, not a medical or biological age measurement.
• Meal scanner results are AI-generated estimates and can be wrong. Don't rely on them for medical or dietary decisions, including managing allergies or health conditions.
• Be aware of your surroundings when running, especially near traffic. Don't look at your phone in unsafe situations.

You use RunZone and follow any training plan at your own risk.

2. Subscriptions and payments

• Access to RunZone requires a paid subscription. Available plans and prices are shown in the app before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price and length unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Special offers are available only as shown in the app and may not be combined.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• We may change subscription prices in the future. Apple will notify you of any price increase as required, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
